Right of refusal

Individual who wishes to acquire, purchase or could buy or use a good or service for a purpose which is not related to an economic or professional purpose (hereinafter referred to as a consumer) in accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No.255 Clause 19 of the distance contracts may use the right of refusal and return the purchased product within 14 calendar days from the moment of making the purchase.


Procedures for handling complaints
